   Registered Irish Draught Mare

Maggie is the reason for our Irish Draught dynasty. She was purchased in 1994 and was "said to be" an Irish Draught. Since then we have researched her pedigree and find that her grandsire is I'm A Star (TB) and her dam's lines are from Dove II (RID).

She has a tremendous drive to jump and loves it when you point her at a fence. Her temperament is quiet enough for a beginner yet still fun for the experienced. We have researched her pedigree, and know now that both of her parents were IDSH but we have no documentation so Mags will go unregistered.

It is this horse that made us focus our breeding program on the "Maggie way." Everyone should have the pleasure of riding a horse like her.  We lost her in 2013.  She was the reason for all of this and will be very missed.
